A thorough review of your developmental history and current concerns, along with an in-depth conversation about your experiences in a comfortable, in-person setting.

Testing Sessions

Standardized cognitive, achievement, and ADHD-specific measures are administered one-on-one. You’ll work directly with Dr. Buckelew in real time, allowing for careful observation and thoughtful interpretation.

Feedback & Report

Within approximately two weeks, you’ll receive a comprehensive clinical report. A dedicated feedback session with Dr. Buckelew provides time to review findings in depth, ask questions, and discuss clear next steps.

Most evaluations are covered in part by major PPO insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna.
