Dr. Buckelew's approach to therapy relies on building genuine trust and a strong therapeutic relationship. She believes therapy is most effective when clients feel safe enough to look at themselves honestly and without judgment.
By encouraging clients to lean into their strengths and accept their imperfections, Dr. Buckelew helps clients develop self-compassion while motivating them to engage seriously in their healing journey.
The therapeutic relationship itself becomes a powerful tool for transformation, offering a supportive environment where clients can discover their resilience and potential for change.
